Send a bill. Get paid — across borders.

Invoice a customer and let them pay by card, wallet, or the local method they trust — from a secure link, in their own currency, with no logins or back-and-forth. You settle in your home currency, FX and reconciliation handled. It's the money-in side of the same rail that pays your suppliers.

How it works

Three steps. You bill; they pay; you get funded.

No portal for your customer to join, no chasing. Send a bill, they pay in seconds, the money lands.

1

Issue a bill or payment link

Create a branded invoice or a single payment link and send it by email or share it directly. One-off or recurring, both supported.

2

Your customer pays their way

They pay by card, wallet, or a local method — in their own currency — on a secure hosted page. No account, no login, no friction.

3

Funds land, settled in yours

You settle in your home currency with FX handled, real-time status the whole way, and clean reconciliation into your accounting stack.

Why teams invoice through FT3

Get paid faster, from anywhere.

The point of an invoice is to get paid. FT3 removes the friction between the bill and the money.

Get paid faster

A tap-to-pay link beats "check's in the mail." Customers pay the moment they open the bill, so your days-sales-outstanding drops.

Paid in their currency, settled in yours

Let overseas customers pay how they already pay at home. FT3 handles the FX and settles clean funds into your account.

No login, no friction for your customer

A secure hosted page, not an account to create. The fewer steps between the invoice and "paid," the more of them actually pay.

Books stay clean

Real-time status when an invoice is sent, viewed, and paid, and clean reconciliation into the accounting stack you already run.

The international edge

Get paid from anywhere. Settle at home.

Most invoicing tools stop at your border — a foreign customer hits a payment method they don't use, and the invoice sits unpaid. FT3 is built cross-border first: your customer pays with what they trust in their market, and you receive clean funds in your own currency.

Money in · their side

They pay how they pay at home

Cards, wallets, and 500+ local methods across markets — so an invoice to a customer abroad actually clears instead of stalling.

Settlement · your side

You settle in your currency

FX and payout handled on the back end. You get one clean, reconciled deposit — not a currency headache at month-end.

How does my customer actually pay the invoice? +
You send them a bill or a payment link by email or directly. They open it, pay by card, wallet, or a local method on a secure hosted page, and they're done — no account to create and no login. You see the status update in real time.
Can I invoice customers in other countries? +
Yes — that's the point of doing it with FT3. Your customer pays with the method they trust in their market and in their own currency, and you settle clean funds in yours. Cross-border is our core, not an add-on.
When do I get the money? +
You get real-time notifications the moment an invoice is paid, and funds settle to you on standard timelines for your setup. FX is handled on the back end so you receive one clean deposit in your home currency.
Can I send recurring or scheduled invoices? +
Yes. One-off bills and recurring, subscription-style schedules are both supported, so predictable revenue runs on its own instead of being re-created by hand each cycle.
How is this different from your Payables product? +
Same rail, opposite direction. Invoicing is money in — you bill customers and get paid. Payables is money out — you pay your suppliers by card and earn a rebate on that spend. Run both through FT3 and you optimize both sides of the transaction on one platform.
