These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website ft3global.com and any engagement with FT3 Partners Ltd, a Delaware corporation. FT3 Partners Ltd operates the FT3 Global brand, under which we deliver three service offerings: FT3 Launch, FT3 Pay, and FT3 Nexus (collectively, "FT3," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing this website or engaging FT3, you agree to these Terms.
FT3 Partners Ltd, operating as FT3 Global, is not a licensed financial institution, financial advisor, law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, or regulated investment adviser. We do not hold a banking license, money transmitter license, broker-dealer registration, legal practice license, or accounting practice license.
FT3 acts as an operational coordinator and orchestrator across a vetted network of licensed specialist partners. These partners include, where applicable:
All regulated services — including banking, payment processing, foreign exchange, legal advice, tax advice, accounting services, regulatory advice, and similar licensed activities — are provided directly by the relevant licensed third-party specialist under their own licenses, regulatory frameworks, professional standards, engagement letters, and fee arrangements between you and that specialist.
FT3's role is to identify, introduce, coordinate, and manage the engagement of these specialists on your behalf — not to provide regulated advice or licensed services ourselves.
Nothing on this website, in our communications, or in our work product constitutes legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, investment advice, financial advice, or regulated professional advice of any kind. Information provided by FT3 is general operational and coordination support only.
You should consult with appropriately licensed professionals regarding your specific legal, tax, accounting, financial, regulatory, or investment circumstances before making decisions. We strongly encourage you to obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
Where a licensed third-party specialist provides services to you through FT3's coordination, that specialist is an independent professional or business. FT3 is not responsible for the professional acts, omissions, advice, work product, or licensed services of any third-party specialist, and any professional liability arising from their licensed services rests with them under their own license, professional indemnity insurance, and engagement terms.
You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any engagement letters, terms, and fee arrangements offered directly by third-party specialists. FT3 will provide reasonable due diligence on partners we recommend but does not warrant or guarantee any specific outcome from their services.
FT3 does not guarantee approval by any bank, acquirer, regulator, tax authority, licensing body, or other third-party institution. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, conversion rates, processing approvals, or timelines. All examples, case studies, statistics, and indicative results published on this website are anonymized and illustrative — they reflect what well-designed solutions have unlocked for specific clients in specific circumstances and are not promises of future results.
Pricing published on this website is indicative. Final fees, scope, and deliverables are confirmed in writing through a separate engagement letter or scope-of-work before any chargeable work begins. Fees paid to licensed third-party specialists are separate from FT3's coordination fees and are governed by the specialist's own engagement terms.
FT3 treats information you share in the course of an engagement as confidential and uses it only to deliver the agreed services and coordinate with the relevant licensed specialists. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
All content on ft3global.com — including text, graphics, logos, brand marks, the FT3 Global Playbook, frameworks, methodologies, and any other materials — is the property of FT3 Partners Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FT3's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any engagement, the use of this website, or these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you to FT3 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. FT3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including for fraud or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your engagement with FT3 will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
FT3 may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website or ongoing engagement with FT3 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
